Sofa delivery in Germany has its own particularities. Here is what you need to know.
Standard delivery vs room-of-choice delivery
Standard delivery: delivered to your front door or the ground floor. Cheap or free, but you will need to help carry it.
Room-of-choice delivery (white glove): the delivery team carries the sofa into the room of your choice. Furni delivers with a two-person room-of-choice service as standard — free of charge.
Access dimensions
Front door: at least 75 cm for Furni modules. Stairwell width: 70 cm is sufficient. Lift: 100 × 100 cm is enough.
Delivery times
Furni makes every sofa to order: 4–6 weeks. We will email you to confirm your delivery slot 48 hours in advance.
What if the sofa doesn't fit after all?
You have a 30-day right of return. We collect the sofa free of charge and refund the full amount.
